When we first started our classroom home page back in 1997, I never thought that we would have had such an influence on people outside of our local area. Wow ... were we ever WRONG! We were constantly receiving so much e-mail about our site that it gave me an idea on how to incorporate our cyber-contacts into geography lessons for our class. Even to this day, I receive several notes weekly from fellow teachers, parents, students, and even authors, who use our site for reference or as a resource in aiding instruction in both the public and private educational system. Since I rely on the internet for ideas and other educational material, it feels great to be able to contribute to this vast pool of ready resources.
